Enterprise technology for secure, governing agentic processes
ThirdWish Systems is designed to ensure that agent-based automation advances within a controlled architecture. Each process defines which data it may use, which tools it may activate, which actions require approval and which information must be recorded. The platform separates process logic from specific models, supports gradual integration and enables deployment to be adapted to the client's policies.
La plataforma separa la lógica del proceso de los modelos concretos, facilita una integración gradual y permite adaptar el despliegue a las políticas del cliente.
Model Independence
ThirdWish Systems is designed to work with different models and providers based on the use case, the client's policies, data location, performance and cost. Selecting a model should not require the entire process to be rebuilt.
Controlled Data and Context
Each agent accesses only the sources authorized for its role. Context, permissions and available information are defined by process and user profile.
Progressive Integration
A use case may begin with standalone data and evolve towards connections with enterprise systems. This separates value validation from the complexity of full integration.
Human Oversight
ThirdWish Systems enables high-impact decisions, exceptions or actions to be reserved for a person. The degree of autonomy is defined by process and can increase gradually.
Traceability
Relevant inputs, versions, decisions, actions and outcomes must be recorded to support oversight, audit, incident resolution and improvement.
Security by Design
Identity, permissions, data isolation and tool restrictions form part of process design; they are not added at the end.
Cost Control
Model and service consumption must be attributed to specific processes and environments, with limits, alerts and monitoring against the value delivered.
Portability and Evolution
The architecture must allow components to be replaced, new capabilities to be added and new systems to be connected without rebuilding the entire product.

Copilot and ThirdWish Systems perform different, complementary roles
Microsoft Copilot can act as a general productivity interface and provide access to capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. ThirdWish Systems defines and executes specialized processes, providing business context, coordinated agents, rules, approvals, traceability, integration with other systems and outcome measurement.
Depending on the agreed architecture, users may access ThirdWish Systems processes through its own interface, an internal portal, Teams or other channels. The specific operating model with Copilot is designed jointly with the client's technical team.
Identity and Permissions
Role-based access and the principle of least privilege. Each user and agent must be able to perform only the actions required for their role.
Data Segregation
Information for each client and environment must remain segregated in accordance with the agreed architecture and deployment model.
Information Protection
Data processing, encryption, location, retention and backups must be documented for each deployment and reflected in the applicable agreements.
Tool Control
Each agent has access to a limited set of sources and tools. It must not be able to browse, execute actions or communicate outside its authorized scope.
Approvals and Exceptions
Sensitive actions may be blocked pending human review. Exceptions must be logged and follow a defined process.
Logging and Audit
ThirdWish Systems must retain enough detail to reconstruct how a process operated, subject to the approved retention policy.
Quality Evaluation
Responses and actions are tested against defined examples, criteria and thresholds. Changes must be versioned and re-evaluated.
Business Continuity
Availability, backup, recovery and support levels must be defined according to the critical process and the relevant contract.
FAQ´s
No. ThirdWish Systems separates each process from specific models so that the appropriate option can be selected according to capability, cost, policy and location. The models available in practice depend on the agreed deployment.
No. A pilot can begin with controlled data and documents. Integration is introduced when required to demonstrate or scale value.
ThirdWish Systems support flexible deployment architectures, but these must be validated with your technical team.
By defining its context, permissions, authorized tools, process rules, action limits and points of human approval.
Consumption is assigned to processes and environments. Budgets, limits and alerts can be defined, and operating cost can be compared with agreed value metrics. Cost forecasts can also be produced based on current or projected usage.
No. Our policy is that client data must not be used to train general-purpose models and that any external provider must comply with the agreed restrictions.
The architecture is designed to reduce dependency on any one model. A change may require further testing and adjustments, but it does not require the process to be redefined.
No. ThirdWish Systems coordinates processes and adds agentic capabilities around existing tools. Replacing a system would make sense only if the client chose to do so as part of a separate project.
